We’re not here to profit off ancillary services that help you achieve optimal health. If we recommend a medicine or lab you’ll know the cost up front. You’re free to go anywhere you choose, but you’ll be surprised how cheap we can dispense your meds right in our office.
Discounted Radiology
We’re partnering with exceptional, board certified radiologist and accredited imaging centers, to offer our members discounted prices on things like CT scans,XRays, ultrasounds, and MRIs. You’ll always have the option to use insurance or use whatever center you choose. Just keep in mind the cost is HSA eligible and we may be able to save you thousands of dollars on one MRI. As expected, price transparency up front.
Coho Medical Group is a primary care practice located in Bellevue, WA and run by Dr. Scott Greenspahn. We provide a wide range of medical care, including treatment for High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Heart Disease and Narcotics Addiction. We also offer in-office laboratory testing, general medicine questions, and Direct Primary Care/Concierge Medicine. Coho Medical Group was established with the mission of making the primary care experience better for patients by offering simple, easy, and cost-effective access to our services. To this end, we have two models of Primary Care available. The first is Direct Primary Care, a membership service that offers unlimited access to your doctor via cell/text or email 24/7/365 days a year. Additionally, there are no copays for office visits, and we offer discounted medications, low-cost laboratory testing and cash radiology pricing. This model helps people with and without traditional insurance. The second model is the traditional health insurance model where we serve as your primary care providers and accept multiple different insurance carriers.

Meet Dr. Greenspahn
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Scott Greenspahn, MD is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in biomedical engineering and received his doctorate in medicine from the University of Chicago Pritzker school of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Hofstra University North Shore – Long Island Jewish Hospital program New York.
Dr Greenspahn has been working for years as a hospitalist, specializing in inpatient medicine in the treatment of complex disorders. He has treated many patients who have been addicted to narcotics, alcohol, and other illicit drugs with inpatient withdrawal protocols. He is here to help with the pandemic of opiod addiction sweeping across the country. He has embraced his change to primary care because of his interest in prevention of disease and his belief that medical costs can be reduced with careful attention to patient’s health care needs.

If you choose the membership, for a flat monthly fee you get transparent pricing, 24/7/365 access to us, discounted labs and radiological studies. We even dispense certain common medications on site.
